Policies | Procedures | Resident Rules – Senior Navigation consultants will guide you through updating your policies, procedures, and resident rules. We will prepare you for the state survey process by reviewing your existing policies, procedures and rules and recommend changes as needed.

Quality Assurance – Our consultants work with you to develop a system that ensures a desired level of quality at your community. We perform a comprehensive analysis of your logs and visual inspection of your facility. After the analysis, Senior Navigation will provide you with an inspection report that will allow us to develop a short-term and long-term plan for corrections and improvements.
